About me
Hello, my name is Aurelia! I am originally
from the "heel of the Italian boot", a translator by training, and have been
living and working abroad since I finished my bachelor. My travel journey
started early in my childhood, when we used to set off with my parents (and occasionally
with my grand parents!), exploring my native country. When I was a
teenager, I started to travel around Europe and as soon as I got my passport
around my twenties (Erasmus program having been a key game changer), I discovered
the hidden pleasure of getting it stamped. And it is only getting worse 😏
Why Another Travel Blog? You might say there
are already countless travel blogs on the Internet, but I really could not hold
myself from contributing to share the endless joy of exploring places around
the world.
After all, Aurelia is the name of a road built
during the Roman Empire, going from Rome all the way to the south of
France, running parallel to the western coast of the peninsula. How could I
possibly not like travelling?
Coming up next: past and future
destinations
where does that road finish precisely?
